Impact Report Now Live
We’re proud to launch our 2025-26 Impact Report, highlighting a year of growth, collaboration and impact.
The report showcases how NHS services are using our NHS-developed digital solutions to provide secure messaging, digital forms and trusted online information, making support more accessible, convenient and responsive to service users.
It also demonstrates how digital innovation is helping to deliver the ambitions of the NHS 10 Year Health Plan, enabling teams to provide more efficient, preventative, person-centred care.
Highlights from the year include:
• Celebrating 10 years of supporting NHS teams with digital innovation
• More than 170,000 ChatHealth messaging conversations opened
• Continued growth in the reach and adoption of HealthForms
• Almost 3 million health content views by visitors to Health for Teens, Health for Kids and Health for Under 5s
• National recognition for Chat Mental Health at the HSJ Digital Awards
